Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Thoroughly clean the Milky Plant machine and pack it securely in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and power cables to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for any physical damage, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
